Terms and Conditions
1. Commission Agreement
By engaging in the commission process, both the client and the artist agree to the terms outlined herein.2. Description of Services
a. The Client agrees to commission the Artist to create a specific artwork described in writing (in Email, Discord, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, or Instagram).b. The scope of the Artwork, including the resolution, content, time allotment, and turnaround time will be agreed upon before commencement of the project.3. Payment
a. The total fee for the commission will be discussed and agreed upon between the Artist and the Client before the commencement of the project.b. Payment will be made through Paypal only. Other payment method may be considered through discussion.c. The Client agrees to pay upfront for commissions less than 100 USD. Otherwise, 50-50 payment is made before the sketch and before the final revision.4. Changes and Revisions
a. Minor adjustments or revisions requested by the Client after the commencement of the project may be considered at the discretion of the Artist.b. Major changes or alterations to the original concept agreed upon may require an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.5. Copyright and Ownership
a. The Artist retains all rights to the Artwork, including the right to display the artwork in portfolios, galleries, or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.b. The Client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the Artwork without prior written permission from the Artist.6. Delivery
a. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to complete the Artwork within the agreed-upon turnaround time.b. The output will be given in PNG file including the sketches and progress images.7. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Either party may terminate the commission with written notice, but if the Artist has already commenced work, a cancellation fee may apply.
b. No refunds will be issued once the Artwork is completed and delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.8. Liability
a. The Artist shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or display of the Artwork after delivery to the Client.9. Agreement Acceptance
By commissioning the Artist's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
